NSL – Equipment restriction – 40’ containers to Nauru

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that due to shore crane issue at Nauru Port, the handling of 40ft containers has become impractical.

As such, effective immediately, new bookings of 40ft containers on the NSL service is discontinued until further notice. This restriction is valid for all types of 40ft containers, including 40ft flat-rack. Cargo already on the water will be accepted and accommodated as best as possible, with expected delay. All new bookings will be limited to 20ft containers (DY/HC/FR/RF) only and within 24t maximum.
